What sizes and formats are included with my purchase?

- 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 72x72, 128x128, 256x256 in .ICO, .PNG,
.ICNS (MAC), .BMP (Magenta Mask), .JPG,
and .GIF formats
- Normal, Hot, and Disabled versions of each image
- Indexed .PDF file containing a categorized list of all the icons
Will your Vista Icon Sets work with Windows XP?
Yes. Vista Icon Set refers to the style, not the format. Since graphics formats
are universal, our
Vista Icons
will work on nearly any modern operating system. There is one exception to this
rule: The new Windows Vista operating system supports (new resolutions) up to 256x256
in ICO format and a special PNG compression. This is to accomodate monitors of the
future that will support higher DPI's making universal screen layouts possible.
Although these "monitors of the future" are certainly something to look forward
to, they will not be covered in this FAQ. If you wish to use images of this size
on Windows XP, etc., any of the other file formats (GIF, JPG, BMP, etc.) will work
just as well.
